广 交 会 新 闻 稿
我司于2023年10月15日,到广州琶洲会场参加第134届秋季中国进出口商品交易会,小伙伴们利用周末休息时间,前往展会现场进行参展工作,认真接待各国前来业务洽谈的客户,展会期间公司产品吸引了众多海内外客户来临参观并亲身体验产品功能,得到广泛客户认可与赞赏。
同事们热情招待客户到展位就坐并交谈,通过进行产品介绍,了解客户信息。互交换名片和通讯方式,通过发送工厂的视频给客户展示实力和优势获取客户的信任和认可,保持联系同时邀请客户拜访工厂。
在展会过程中,客户产生疑虑和问题,接待人员及时解答,解除客户疑虑,让客户更加信任公司产品。接待客户后,通过电话、电子邮件等方式跟进服务,向客户进一步介绍公司的产品、项目以及后期的售后服务等,增强与客户合作的信心和基础。此外,根据客户的情况,制定个性化的营销方案,提供个性化定制的服务。
我们通过提前联系、热情接待、展示实力、解决疑虑、跟进服务与客户建立良好的信任和合作关系,我们不仅扩大了公司的知名度,还结识了许多潜在客户,并为公司的发展奠定了良好的基础。

Canton Fair Press Release
We had joined the 134th Autumn Import and Export Canton Fair on Oct 15th, 2023, holded in Pazhou International Exhibition Center.Our colleagues went to the exhibition in the weekend for participation.
At the trade fair, they seriously received the customers from various countries who engaged in business with us. Our products have been successfully attracted many domestic and foreign customers to visited,which was widely recognized and appreciated by customers after they did a trial run on our products by themselves.
By warmly inviting customers to visit our booth to sit down and talk, through introduce our products and acquire customer information, to exchange business cards or other communication tools to send our factory videos for customers to show our strength and advantages, further gain customer trust and recognition, then keep in touch and invite customers to visit the factory.
During the exhibition, as customers’doubts and questions, our sales representative promptly answered to solve customers' doubts and establish customers’further trust with our products. After communicated with customers, through phone calls, emails and different channels etc, and further introduce the company's products, projects, and after-sales services for them,in that way to strengthen the confidence and foundation of cooperation with each other.
In addition,we develop personalized marketing plans and provide personalized customized services according to the customer's situation.
We build a good trust and cooperative relationship with our customers through early contact, warm reception, demonstration of strength, resolution of doubts, and follow-up service ,we not only expanded the company's visibility, but also met many potential customers and laid a solid foundation for the company's development.
